Jesse Roode has been immersed in art since childhood, skillfully blending digital and traditional techniques. Mastering mediums like graphite, charcoal, ink, and watercolour, Jesse is also proficient in printmaking and bookbinding. Their art, featuring stark monochrome tones with vibrant colour bursts, explores themes of online identity and existential questions, influenced by dreams and post-human theories. Jesse's works depict ethereal figures within symbolic landscapes, merging human consciousness with artificial and natural elements, provoking deep reflection on the intersections of reality and virtual realms.
